Q: The Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) has made the ruling over the Abyei dispute on July 22. Do you have any comments?

A: Both North and South Sudan have announced accepting the ruling of the Permanent Court of Arbitration over the Abyei dispute on July 22. China welcomes the positive step forward in the implementation of the Comprehensive Peace Agreement between North and South Sudan. We hope that it will contribute to the North-South peace process as well as national unity and reconciliation.
