After the mail application is suspended, in order to solve the difficulties from part of applicants, Chinese Consulate General will send the consuls to Edmonton and other cities irregularly for professional advice (time and place will be notified of each time). Meanwhile, senior people, kids, pregnant women and disabled people can enjoy the following service:

c). Notarization
